SPEAKING + WORKSHOPS
Autumn D. Ross, MA, LCMHC, is a licensed therapist, educator, and yoga teacher who works in two worlds. Corporate leadership on one side. Immersive wellness on the other. Both grounded in clinical expertise. Choose the track that fits your event.
Corporate Keynotes + Leadership Workshops
Autumn's corporate work translates clinical mental health science into practical, immediately usable tools for leaders and teams. Sessions are grounded in polyvagal theory, nervous-system regulation, and behavioral science, and are designed to work inside the real constraints of a professional environment. No touchy-feely repackaging. No jargon. Just the actual science of how humans function under load, and what changes when leaders learn to work with it.
Signature talks in this track:
Regulated Leadership: Reversing Overfunctioning and Burnout in High-Achieving Teams
A framework for leaders whose highest performers are quietly the closest to collapse. Autumn walks through the pattern of chronic over-functioning, why organizations reward it until it costs them, and how leaders can build cultures that produce sustained performance without extracting it from their people.
Format: 45-60 min keynote or 90-minute workshop. Audience: executives, senior leaders, HR.
The Nervous System at Work: A Polyvagal Approach to Leadership
Every meeting, every hard conversation, every decision is a nervous-system event. Most leaders were never taught this. Autumn introduces polyvagal-informed leadership: the science of regulation and dysregulation at work, why it drives 80% of what looks like a "communication problem," and small shifts that meaningfully change how teams function.
Format: 45-60 min keynote or 2-hour workshop. Audience: managers, leaders, leadership development programs.
Micro-Regulation: Nervous-System Tools You Can Use at Your Desk
A practical, tool-focused session for teams under high load. Somatic micro-breaks, breath practices, and grounding techniques that fit inside a workday, do not require a yoga mat, and produce measurable shifts in focus and reactivity. Audiences leave with a personal toolkit they can actually use.
Format: 60-90 minute workshop. Audience: teams, healthcare, high-stakes environments, wellness initiatives.
Compassion Fatigue and the Cost of Care
For healthcare, mental health, education, social services, and nonprofit teams. A clinical framework for compassion fatigue as an occupational hazard, plus the recovery tools that respect the actual demands of these fields.
Format: 60-90 minute keynote or workshop. Audience: healthcare, mental health, education, nonprofits.
Boundaries as a Professional Skill
Boundary-setting as a leadership and team capacity, not a personal indulgence. Real language, real scripts, and a framework for holding limits under pressure without burning relationships.
Format: 90-minute workshop. Audience: teams, ERGs, emerging leaders, professional groups.
For companies, HR, ERGs, healthcare, and leadership teams. Keynote and workshop formats.
Immersive Wellness Retreats + Experiential Sessions
Autumn's retreat and experiential work is for anyone who needs more than another talk. These are the sessions built for slower rooms, softer lighting, and bodies that need to remember how to exhale. She weaves clinical insight, breath, movement, and sound into experiences that leave participants feeling like they arrived somewhere they had been trying to find for a long time.
Signature talks in this track:
Reclaiming Vitality: A Somatic and Sound Healing Sanctuary
A slow, immersive experience that moves participants through the layers of what their bodies have been holding. Breath, gentle movement, guided somatic tracking, and closing sound bath. Built for retreats, weekend gatherings, and community wellness events.
Format: 2-3 hour session. Best for: retreats, wellness weekenders, community gatherings.
Put It Down: A Workshop for Anyone Ready to Stop Carrying So Much
An interactive workshop drawn from Autumn's signature Put It Down Plan framework. Reflection, guided somatic work, boundary and permission scripts, and small-group conversation. Participants leave with language for what they have been carrying and permission to set some of it down.
Format: 2-3 hour workshop. Best for: retreats, professional retreats, community wellness events.
Coming Back to Yourself: A Nervous-System Reset for the One Everyone Counts On
A restorative session for participants who have been in survival mode long enough that they have forgotten what settled feels like. Grounding, breath, gentle movement, and a closing practice that returns them to their bodies.
Format: 90 minutes to 2 hours. Best for: retreats, community gatherings, wellness intensives.
Sound Bath + Nervous System Education
A short teaching on stress, the nervous system, and how sound supports regulation, followed by a full sound bath. Built for participants who want the education alongside the experience.
Format: 60-90 minutes. Best for: retreats, wellness events, corporate wellness weeks.
Custom Retreat Facilitation
Autumn also facilitates full or partial retreat programming, including multi-day gatherings, wellness weekenders, and corporate leadership retreats where the wellness content needs to be more than a filler session.
For retreats, women's circles, and experiential events. Somatic, embodied, immersive.
